Los Angeles Laser hair removal

Hello and Welcome to South Coast Medspa, for the past two years I have worked in the aesthetic medical laser industry. Over the past two years I have treated and helped thousands of patients, through their laser hair removal process. At least ninety percent of our patients are absolutely amazed at their results.

I personally have done treatments on myself and I love the feeling of not having to worry about shaving before I head out to the beach or just an ordinary sunny day here in Southern California.

During your laser hair removal process you will have a series of six treatments, ranging anywhere from four to eight weeks apart depending on the area(s). At any given time you have somewhere between 15-20% of your hair in the active growth stage, thus with each treatment we predict that the patient will see about 15% reduction. So by the completion of your sixth treatment, the patient should be somewhere in the range of 80-90% hair reduction.

As the hair removal process begins, a numbing cream is provided, it is recommended that if the patient desires to numb that they arrive thirty to forty-five minutes early to apply a topical numbing cream; ice packs are also provided for the patients comfort, if desired by the patient. Again, depending on the area(s) being treated, treatment times range anywhere from just 10 minutes to 2-3hours for full body treatments.
