My experience with SCMS has been very fun and rewarding. The team here works in a cohesive manner to provide superior customer service and patient satisfaction. I received excellent training and assistance since the beginning on laser hair removal and acne scar removal. I have worked in both locations, one overlooking the spectacular view of Los Angeles in Brentwood and one overlooking the serene waters of Newport Harbor. I provide good faith examinations and assess the patients prior to the treatment and answer their questions regarding safety and pre and post instructions of the treatments. I have met hundreds of laser hair removal patients and worked with them individually to discuss their goals for Laser Hair Removal and what it will take to achieve them.

The clients have been excellent and pleasant to talk to. The best part is when they come back for their next treatment and are elated about their recent results. Every laser hair removal patient who comes for the second treatment always raves about how well the first laser hair removal treatment resulted and how much finer or less hair they have. The patients have always commented on how the staff is professional, caring and adequately accommodating. Once the results are in, clients are more than happy to refer their friends, family, and spouse. I must say SCMS is extremely accommodating and attentive to the needs of each patient.

Laser Hair Removal (LHR) using the Light Sheer diode is the best. I have worked in other aesthetic locations in the past and this laser provides the most effective results that I have ever seen. The laser works well to target all the hair. How do I know? Because, I've received the treatment myself! I'm very satisfied with the laser hair removal treatment results that I've received and I've only gotten two. I always tell the clients that it's sooooo worth it for any patient who is tired of doing the daily shaving!
