Non-Discrimination Policy

In accordance with the requirements of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, South Coast MedSpa will not discriminate against any individual on the basis of disability. The MedSpa will not impose eligibility criteria that screen out or tend to screen out individuals with disabilities such as diabetes and HIV from fully and equally enjoying any goods, services, or facilities, unless such criteria can be shown to be necessary for the provision of the goods or services being offered. The MedSpa has in place legitimate safety requirements that are necessary for the safety of patients and others, which requirements are based on actual risk to the parties pursuant to the best medical science available at the time, and which requirements are not based on speculation, stereotypes, or generalizations about individuals with disabilities. To the extent warranted by advances in medical science, MedSpa will make reasonable modifications to its policies and procedures to maximize the access to its services by individuals with disabilities.
